WHAT WE DID
This project consisted of a new 260,000 SF mixed-use building which included a 20,000 SF parking garage, 220,000 SF of residential, including 36 high end condo's and 56 apartments, 20,000 SF of future tenant space and a complete sitework infrastructure for Tacoma Power, Comcast, Century Link, and Click. This project was completed in May of 2016.
