WHAT WE DID
This project consisted of a new 210,000 SF mixed-use building which included a 40,000 SF parking garage, 180,000 SF of residential including 173 apartments, 30,000 SF of future tenant space, and complete sitework infrastructure for Tacoma Power, Comcast, Century Link, and Click. This project was completed in October of 2013.
