Proctor station is a collaboration among proctor investors, LLC, Rush commercial Construction and JM Corp & Son to develop, build and operate an amenity driven, mixed-use building in the heart of Tacoma’s historic Proctor neighborhood. This was a design build project, JM Corp worked closely with the architect to design the electrical package to meet the needs and budget of the owners.

The project is approximately 181,539 SF of new construction and features high-end finishes, rooftop living and a resident’s deck overlooking the bustling Proctor Street. The project includes 151 apartments over five levels with two levels of parking and one level of commercial space.
