Wesley Homes at Bradley Park included a 9000 SF Community Center, 75,000SF apartment building with 54 units, (2) 4200 SF 3-unit townhomes, (2) 2500 SF 2-unit townhomes, (1) 8000 SF 7-unit townhome, complete utility infrastructure for Tacoma Power, Comcast, Century Link and Click. This project was completed around January of 2014.
